The smallest of the Prius family of vehicles could have been included in our first entry of used green cars under $15,000, but its smaller size and more dynamic drive led us to place it apart. We’re not saying that this car’s performance is in the same league as that of the Toyota 86, mind you, but still, the Prius and its under-floor battery pack is surprisingly nimble and responsive on the road. For the purposes of our list, a 2014 or 2015 used Prius c can be had for less than the $15,000 we set as our ceiling.
