According to the Japan Times , Toyota's upcoming fuel cell sedan will go on sale in mid-December of 2014 rather than next year as previously reported . The automaker plans to build dozens of units every month at its Motomachi plant.
Each one will likely be priced at around ¥8 million, but Toyota will work to lower it to around ¥3-5 million in the next decade.
North American availability and pricing have yet to be disclosed.
