It’s well-known of course that resale value for Mercedes-Benz products tends to be very high. In the entry-level luxury car category, the 2016 C-Class ranks at the top of CBB’s ranking, ahead of two redoubtable Lexus models, known in their own right for their high retained value.
CBB even referred to the C-Class as a sedan that does well on all levels, for example in terms of comfort, performance and overall quality.

Luxury car: Lexus GS
Finalists: Cadillac CT6, Mercedes-Benz E-Class
The career of Lexus' mid-size sedan is coming to an end in 2020, but on the used-car market, GS models, if you can find them, don’t come cheap, even compared to prestigious brands like Cadillac or Mercedes-Benz. Canadian Black Book adds that the GS is highly valued by buyers for its overall performance on the road.
