Volkswagen Golf GTD nears world debut in Geneva

By ,

The world premiere of the new Volkswagen Golf GTD will take place at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in a couple of weeks. Its 182-horsepower TDI engine burns just 4.2L/100km (according to the European test cycle) and allows a top speed of 230 km/h.

Visually, the Volkswagen Golf GTD sports tinted LED taillights with LED licence plate illumination, dual tailpipes with a chrome finish, and unique 17” GTD wheels. Inside, you'll find sport seats in tartan pattern (“Clark”), a black headliner, a sport steering wheel, and stainless steel pedals, just to name a few features.
