The Canadian Black Book has revealed the passenger cars and trucks under $70,000 that retain the highest value after four years. It goes without saying that the Canadian Black Book evaluated the residual value of 2005 model years.
In previous years, awards were given to the brands with the best performance. This year, the organization was much more selective, singling out individual models. Each automaker has models that perform better than others and that retain a higher residual value after four years.The Canadian Black Book also recognized Japanese manufacturer Toyota, who succeeded in placing five models among the top ten.
