World Challenge: Ron Fellows back on track in 2010

By ,

Popular Canadian driver Ron Fellows will be back on the tracks in 2010 as he will join CRP Racing in the World Challenge GT Championship.

Fellows has experience in the series as he ran 14 times from 2004 until 2007, winning three times (Mosport 2004 and 2005, Long Beach 2006) and cumulating seven podiums for three pole position.

The veteran driver, who’s also a double class-winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans and a triple class-ALMS-Champion, will be driving the Chevrolet C6 No. 2 of the team for the whole season. He had driven a Cadillac CTS-V during his last participations.

CRP Racing owner, Nicholas Short, was pleased with the new deal. "I’ve known Ron since the Trans-Am days and when the opportunity arose to have him drive for us, it was a very easy decision,” he said.
