Subaru Legacy/Outback Wins Editor's Choice Award 5-Years Running

One of Canada's premier auto enthusiast magazines, World of Wheels, has named the Subaru Legacy/Outback it's "Editor's Choice" Station Wagon for its fifth year in a row.

This would be an impressive feat for any car, but now even more so due to the onslaught of new sport wagons that have entered the Canadian market over the last two years.

What were the publication's reasons? Practicality, ease of use, and its choice of model configurations and drivetrains, plus its competitive price keep it on top. To be more specific the magazine's editors commented that the Legacy/Outback's "value, wide model range, standard all-wheel drive, fine safety and reliability records and 'sheer goodness' as a wagon" keeps it winning the Editor's Choice award year after year.

"We are delighted that the Legacy and Outback continue to find favour with both critics and customers," stated Norio Osakabe, President, Chairman and CEO of Subaru Canada, Inc. "The editors at World of Wheels have nicely summed up everything that we think makes this an excellent lineup. It is an honour and a pleasure to accept a fifth Editor's Choice award."
