Ferrari's Felipe Massa set the best time in today's shortened test in Bahrain. The running was curtailed after less than two hours when a sandstorm swept over the Sakhir circuit, and prevented the medical helicopter from being able to fly in the event of an emergency.
"It's ironic that we had a sandstorm today after coming to Bahrain to guarantee more running time," said Dieter Gass, Chief Engineer Race and Test at Toyota.
