Performance, efficiency, or both

Over 40 vehicles made their debut at the 2017 Canadian International AutoShow in Toronto this week. Naturally, many of them were SUVs and crossovers, big and small, including some bold concepts that hint at future production models.

Without further ado, here are 10 that we’ll keep an eye on this year…

2018 Audi SQ5
The SQ5 is based on the new-generation 2018 Audi Q5, and it comes with a 453-horsepower engine delivering 347 lb-ft of torque via an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. Outside, eye-catching LED light clusters, optional 21” alloy wheels and distinctive fenders and rear spoiler, not to mention a number of “S” touches both outside and in, set the SQ5 squarely apart from the crowd.
