When Audi puts an S in front of the number, as I have said, things get serious. When Audi adds an R in front of the S, move out of the way. The 2007 RS4, the supreme iteration of the A4, will conquer the roads in the course of 2006. Bettering just about every car in its category power wise, the 420 hp 4.2L V8 promises some blistering acceleration and performance. Top speed is set at 185 mph and the 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds. Upgraded front and rear fascias, side skirts and subdued trunk-lid mounted spoiler distinguish the RS4's exterior. The car's track is slightly enlarged and its ride height has been lowered by 1.2 inches.
