Volkswagen’s highly anticipated new T-Roc crossover will be getting its world premiere next week, but we’ve got two videos for you giving a sneak peek at its main design elements and the process that went into creating them.
The German manufacturer has set an ambitious goal of offering consumers worldwide 30 different electrically-powered models by 2025, but the fact remains that at present, utility vehicles large and small are in the ascendency, especially in North America. Smaller than its Atlas stablemate, the T-Roc compact SUV is expected to challenge the likes of the Jeep Compass and Subaru Crosstrek in the small SUV market. As for an electric version, the manufacturer has confirmed that plug-in hybrid and all-electric versions are in the works, though it is not yet known if North America will see them.
