La Yaris fait une entrée spectaculaire dans le top 10 et fait un pied de nez à la 3.
---
Richmond Hill, Ontario – The Honda Civic retained its title as Canada's best-selling car in November and is very close to overtaking the Ford F-Series pickup as the number one vehicle overall, says industry analyst Dennis DesRosiers. At the end of November it was only 105 units behind the Ford, which tops the list of best-selling light trucks; DeRosiers says that records dating back to 1978 show that a passenger car has never outsold a light truck.
Entry level vehicles were up 15.6 per cent in November, "while all the other segments were soft or down," DesRosiers says. "The move to entry level is also negative for GM, Ford and DCX (DaimlerChrysler) as these segments are typically where they have the lowest market share. Year to date, large luxury sport vehicles are selling well but not the last quarter."
For November 2005, the top ten passenger cars were the
Honda Civic sedan and coupe,
Toyota Corolla,
Toyota Yaris,
Mazda3,
Chevrolet Cobalt,
Pontiac Pursuit,
Chevrolet Impala,
Toyota Matrix,
