J'ai acheté ma Mazda 6 familliale GS en 2006 neuve. Maintenant elle a 37500 km.
Jai une question concernant la direction, lorsque je suis à l'arrêt (moteur en marche) ou que je roule trés lentement et que je tourne le volant, il y a un petit claquement . A grande vitesse aucun bruit.
Le concessionnaire Mazda m'a dit que c'était normale et qu'il fallait régulièrement que je bouge la direction (réglable) monté, descendre le volant et que la graisse se déplacerait et que ça réglerait mon problème !
Je l'ai fait et pas grande amélioration. A chaque visite je leur dit et
ils ne trouvent rien ! ils ont changé un support moteur et toujours pareil .
Je ne pense pas que ça soit normal ! que faire ? :confused:

le claquement, ce fait-il a la fin de la course lorsque tu tourne le volant ou bien c'est des que tu commences a tourne le volants???

le bruit, est-il fort ou on doit etiendre la radio pour l'entendre?

Le bruit se fait dés que je commence a tourner le volant a droite ou a gauche et je le resent au niveau des pédales quand je pèse sur le frein et que je tourne le volant en même temps.C'est pas un bruit fort, c'est surtout que je le resent dans le volant.
C'est pas normal !

DESCRIPTION
Some vehicles may experience a knocking or squeaking noise from the front end when passing over bumps.

The stopper and outer cylinder in the lower arm bushing may be contacting each other causing the noise.
The lower arm bushing has been modified as follows to eliminate the noise:
^Silicone sealant has been applied to the contact location.
^The shape of the lower arm bushing stopper has been changed.

Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Verify customer concern.
NOTE:
Using "Chassis Ear", "Sound 2000" or an equivalent noise detection tool is recommended for identifying which side the noise is coming from.

2. Replace lower front arm (rear) bushing with a new part according to Workshop Manual (section 02-13 FRONT LOWER ARM (REAR) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION).
NOTE:
It is not necessary to replace the lower arm (rear), only the bushing.

3. Verify repair.

(produced before Oct. 1, 2007)

2007-2008 CX-9 vehicles with VINs lower than JM3TB******134353
(produced before Sept. 17, 2007)

DESCRIPTION
At extremely cold ambient temperatures of -15°C (5°F), some vehicles may exhibit a knocking noise from the front drive shafts when the vehicle is moving with the steering wheel turned fully right or left. The noise disappears after a couple of minutes of driving.The grease in the outer (wheel side) joint of the front drive shaft becomes harder in extreme cold temperatures and stick-slip occurs in the joint.
The outer joint grease has been modified at mass-production to eliminate the noise.
Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
