Horiable. Don't go there. They do a disservice to the community by aggressive sale tactics and dishonest financing. .

Not only was the process a week long run around but we were never even presented with the options that were agreed upon! Finance department pulled our credit more times than were authorized too (after being very clear we would walk before having our credit pulled again.) Called the finance manager (Stephen) to rectify this and he decided he didn’t like what i was saying and hung up on me instead. They have a small referral program but you could NOT pay me enough to send ANYONE here. Waste of my time.

STAY AWAY. They only care about themselves and how much money they strip from you. YOU have warned.

We bought 2 suvs in a month from these guys. Our first was an outlander and then an eclipse crossover. I can not say enough good things about everyone who helped us find the right viable for us. Our sales person was Reid but Everyone was so friendly when we went in and did there best to insure that all of our consents were looked after. On top of Reid we would like to thank Kevin, Steven, and Ricky for the great service given to us.

Wasted my time. Said they’d give me asking value for my car, so I came in and they offered me one third of asking value. Wasted my time and lied. Will never waste my time at this dealership again. Would recommend staying away from regarding trade ins.

I called in right after I totalled my Corolla, my credit wasnt the best so I was skeptical if I would even be able to get a car... Tyler met me at the door with a smile and helped me the entire way. Service is terrible i bought a car from them two weeks ago, the car stink so bad my little one have Asthma and she have other disability. I called them so many time to complain never had a call back. Finally my boyfriend call and he was able to talk to general manager he didn't care whatsoever . If i could give 0 I would. PEOPLE STAY WAY.

Our car had intermittent, but terrible bearing noise. After being told that it would be covered under warranty, we brought it in the Lethbridge Mitsubishi for repair. After a few hours we call, and they tell us "oh, it was done a while ago." Thanks. When we get in, they tell us they didn't replace the bearing, and wanted $77.50. "What for?" "Diagnostics". She showed me a note where the tech had written there was bearing noise, but not bad enough to be repaired. When I tried talking to Tamara, the service manager, she said there is nothing wrong with the bearing and the charge was to diagnose the tires (because those obviously make grinding noises). I told her we weren't paying her to tell us what we told them when we brought it in, ESPECIALLY since it's a warranty item. She then told us too bad, you're not getting your keys. Only after getting the sales manager involved did they offer to do anything, but would require it being brought in at a later day, and recreating the intermittent noises. Thanks for nothing.
