VIP Mazda

Dealer kept my $2,000 deposit after deal fell through. Found my 2021 CX-5 for $4,800 cheaper at Freeway Mazda (go there instead!). Dealer did not attempt or offer to match or even bargain. Dealer did not special order or have any cost incurred and had the car already on their lot but felt it was necessary to keep my $2k deposit. Guess these guys are hurting pretty bad and must need the money. Sales manager was unprofessional, rude and absolutely the worst to deal with. I would never go back and have encouraged all my friends, family members and social media followers to stay clear! If I could leave zero stars, I would. Trust me! Anyhow, I am still walking out of this $2,800 ahead by going elsewhere. Do your homework and don't end up dealing with these guys. There's far better dealerships out there!
