5. Not quite German-level handling
During my few hours behind the wheel of Infiniti's newest crossover, I noticed that the vehicle was not a master at delivering dynamic and crisp handling. I'm not saying it's dangerous, far from it, but the QX55 doesn't have the composure of its German competitors. The reason in this case lies in the Bridgestone Ecopia all-season tires, which are designed to save money at the pump.
As a result, the grip on the asphalt is not as pronounced as a good set of summer performance tires. What's more, the winding route we took was dusty, which made cornering a bit difficult. The QX55 is an agile SUV, but it's just not as well planted to the road as some of its rivals.
6. Comfortable despite 20-inch tires
At the same time, folks can rest assured that the presence of those 20-inch wheels on all of the coupe's trims doesn't affect the overall comfort of the model. Granted, on an uneven surface, it does bounce around a bit, but on a clean road, the crossover is a great place to be.
