Month by month, Volvo moves with concrete steps towards its all-electric future. Already, a few sketches of the next all-electric XC90 are circulating online, but while we await those BEVs, the Swedish automaker is pursuing its half-electric, half-gasoline strategy.

Like last year, the brand's two SUVs, the compact XC60 and the mid-size XC90, are also available with a plug-in hybrid powertrain. The two are now grouped together in the Recharge lineup, which, in case you didn't know, are also the fastest of their respective ranges.
