The Volkswagen Atlas should be considered if you enjoy any kind of inspired driving. Don't think that the Atlas has the same qualities as the timeless Golf GTI, but still, the SUV manages when the road gets a little twisty.
Despite this fact, the Atlas is an ideal companion for long highway rides.
Since last year, all-wheel drive has been standard, even with the 2.0-liter turbo 4-cylinder engine. The naturally aspirated V6 is the best choice for towing.
