Top 10 Pickup Trucks in Canada in 2018 The Big Three… and some other guys

5. Nissan Titan

The Titan has long played second fiddle in the full-size pickup category, a state of affairs that Nissan has largely inflicted on itself. Up until very recently, the product it offered consumers dated from the early 2000s. In such a competitive segment, it seems unthinkable not to offer a solid option that can compete with the star players. The inevitable result is that the Titan usually comes pretty far down on shoppers’ lists.

A transformative change was clearly in order. Two years ago, Nissan gave it a full revision, and the result was a big improvement. Now the challenge is to get the model in people’s faces. The reality for now is that the best it can hope for is fourth spot on the sales chart - as long as Toyota doesn’t make any improvements to its Tundra.

Here are specifications for the 2018 Nissan Titan .
