Here’s a Chevy, but it’s not the one you might have expected. Where, you may be wondering, is the Trax? Last year, the older of the bow-tie brand's two pocket crossovers was in the thick of the fight for the top spot, but the crossover is set to change in the coming months, with Chevrolet adding a new front-wheel-drive Trax in 2024. Obviously, that eliminates it from contention in this ranking.

That leaves the Trailblazer the lone Chevrolet still standing in the ranking of most-affordable 4WD models. The urban SUV is a more advanced vehicle than the old Trax, on several levels. As for its price, it's in the middle of the pack.
