2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E

The SUV that was at one point going to simply be called Mach-E was finally given the official moniker of Mustang Mach-E , to the disappointment if not dismay of many Mustang fans. But Ford wants to ensure the durability of this famous name beyond the sports car and is banking heavily on this new all-electric model.

First shown at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2019, the Mustang Mach-e gets its Canadian premiere in Montreal.  With 332 hp and 416 lb-ft of torque (in the base model), this electric SUV will not lack for potency, and it will also feature the battery range to take you far.

No fewer than five versions (Select, Premium, First Edition, California Route 1 and GT Performance Edition) will arrive later this year for the 2021 model-year, with prices ranging from $55,000 for the basic version to just over $86,000 for a GT that will offer 459 hp and over 600 lb-ft of torque.

As for that battery range, there will be two types of battery packs that will deliver 375 or 475 km of range and two engines to provide 4WD.
