Matt Lee was 13th in yesterday's session while Giacomo Ricci sat 9th. During the first few minutes of today's qualifying, Lee was holding a 16th position but climbed his way up to the top five. Ricci, on the other hand, consistently stayed within the top ten for the majority of the session and held on tight in the end. 5th - Matt Lee #44 Mazda-Cosworth/Swift/Cooper 1:05.204 "I am really excited about my performance today. The engineers have been working really hard to change the car and a lot of the stuff worked. I think I have a very solid race car and I am excited to see where I will place tomorrow." 7th- Giacomo Ricci #18 Mazda-Cosworth/Swift/Cooper 1:05.254 "I am not so happy with my position today because I was hoping for much better. I am not sure if I over-drove the car or something but I tried my best out there but I always seemed to find traffic. Tomorrow's race will be much better for me and even though the track is difficult, I anticipate a good race." Eric Bachelart Team Owner "I am pleased to see both our drivers in the top 10 of the grid for tomorrow's race. The engineers and the whole team have done a very good job on this challenging, bumpy track. I am glad to see Matt Lee moving towards the front of the grid and I am looking forward to having a good result with both our drivers tomorrow." Tomorrow's race will take place at 11:30am local time but will be broadcasted on a televised delay Thursday, April 26th at 5:30pm ET.
