Last year at this time, Gerald Forsythe was talking about adding two cars.... a.k.a Team Czech Republic likely with Tomas Enge, and Jarek Janis source: paddocktalk.com That never came about, nor was talked about after being reported at the Mexico City event. During the broadcast today, the SpeedTV announcers said that Forsythe Racing was again talking about expanding to three cars, but didn't elaborate. The PaddockTalk Perspective: The commentators did say that the team wants Mario Dominguez back, and obviously Paul Tracy will be back as long as his NASCAR career stays on hold. Who might that third car be ? Hard to say... but Rodolfo Lavin has raced previously with the team, and has raced well since returning to the series, and could further establish a link between the Forsythe team and Mexican sponsors. Could team Canada transition to team Mexico ?
