Alex Lloyd has not been cleared to compete in this weekends race at the Milwaukee Mile Oval, Wisconsin, in the Indy Pro Series. source: Alex-Lloyd.com Unfortunately this will be the second round of the championship that Alex will have missed due to the same problem. Alex has just completed 3 solid days of testing at Indianapolis with the IRL doctors, and they have got down to the bottom of the problem, an inner ear infection. The IRL doctors are unable to clear Alex until the problem has been resolved, and at the moment they are hoping it should take between 2/3 weeks. We are all hopeful Alex will be able to compete in the next round at Kentucky on August 12th-13th. "Obviously being out for another race is very tough," said Alex, "but I am glad we have found out what the problem is and are on the road to recovery. I must say a big thank you to all the doctors in the IRL and the others I was referred to during the 3 days of tests. To have people work around their full schedules like they did to accommodate me and help find out the problem is amazing. Right now I am just looking forward to being back to 100% fitness and back in victory lane."
