Red Bull Cheever Racing crew member Josh Junge was released from Foote Hospital in Jackson, Mich. on Sunday evening
source: Red Bull Cheever Racing He traveled back to Indianapolis following an incident during the Firestone Indy 400 at Michigan International Speedway. Late in the race, the #33 car lost a wheel following a pit stop, and it traveled into the #83 pit at a high rate of speed and hit him. Junge is the outside rear tire changer for the #83 car of Patrick Carpentier. "All I remember is something hit me, and I heard a really loud noise. I was thinking when is the rest of the car (not knowing it was a wheel) going to hit me. I am okay but very sore. I feel like I got ran over by a train," Junge said.
