Aussie Vineyard's Alex Tagliani will join an all-Canadian third row tomorrow after today's final qualifying session for the latest round of the Champ Car World Series, the Molson Indy Montreal. source: teamaustraliamotorsport.com Tagliani suffered a brake problem in the final practice session before qualifying, but completed the final session with a time of 1:21.160 - significantly quicker than yesterday's session where he was sidelined with damaged suspension. The Montreal native will line up alongside fellow Canadian Paul Tracy on the third row. Tagliani's Team Australia Lola also battled a radio problem in the final qualifying session. Aussie Team-mate Marcus Marshall improved by nearly 1.5 seconds from yesterday's opening qualifying session, but the speed increase was not enough for him to hold his 13th spot on the provisional grid. Marshall will start 18th in tomorrow's 79 lap event on the Gilles Villenevue circuit which also plays host to the annual Canadian F1 Grand Prix. ALEX TAGLIANI - AUSSIE VINEYARDS LOLA #15 POSITION: 6th TIME: 1:21.160 "I am a little disappointed but the top six is a good place to start although we were expecting a little more. "Myself and the Aussie Vineyards team just couldn't get the last little bit of speed out of the Lola. We had a brake problem in the practice session before qualifying which lost a bit of time and the radio also wasn't working properly, but the guys did a brilliant job as always to tackle those issues quickly. "Obviously our aim is to grab a spot on the podium tomorrow - it would be great to do that in my home town.
