The 4th of July is the perfect time to remember the importance of family and celebrate independence source: tagliani.com Even though he's not American, he's
still patriotic and a family man. Here
Tag reflects on what family means to him in the lead-up to the celebration of
Independence Day and the night race in Cleveland. What
does family mean to you? Family is very important to me.
My parents, Sister, wife and grandparents are the supporting factors in
my life and have been there for me through the good times and the tough times.
They are there to celebrate and to comfort me and to share in my life. How
does your family support you in your goals to gain success in the CART series? My parents have always believed in me, in what I was capable of achieving and have been there through all the years I worked to get to CART. There were a lot of difficult times and they were always there. My wife plays more of an active role in my
career and since our meeting in 2001 we have barely spent a day apart.
She helps me with my training, travel and nutrition.
She helps me out a lot with day-to-day things and we are great friends
too. Does
your family travel to the races often? My parents and sister usually come to 2-3 races a year, those that are closer to Montreal.
