Editor-in-chief

When Michel was a young child, he often slid in the driver's seat of his dad's car, put it in neutral and backed it up on the neighbour's lawn. He discovered early on that these machines would be a part of his life. He combined studies in journalism with jobs in automotive, advertising and computer fields, and has sharpened his automotive knowledge since we was 13 years old. Michel has been on Auto123.com's staff since January 2004, and also contributes as a bilingual automotive reviewer and columnist. Michel is a member of the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC).

René Fagnan is involved in auto racing since 1978 -- the year when Gilles Villeneuve won the first-ever Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal. Working as a specialized journalist for the last 20 years, he once served as chief writer for magazines like " Formula " and " Paddock ". Moto

Desk Manager

Marc comes to us with an extensive motorcycle and mechanical background, with five decades of riding experience behind him. He also started racing cars and bikes with the opening of the Circuit Mont Tremblant in 1964, and has burned rubber on road circuits across Canada, the Eastern United States and England.

After a completing his studies in mathematics, Marc worked in sales, marketing and distribution for IBM and various IT companies, as well as in the distribution of industrial products. He also spent two years with the Canadian Space Agency, working on the Space Station that is now in orbit -despite Marc's somewhat confused contribution...

For 20 years now, he has also worked as a motorsports analyst for RDS, in addition to writing for MotoMag magazine and the Annuel de la moto.

He joined the moto123.com team in November 2008 as desk manager and senior journalist.
