    Thank you Lucia

Our family really happy to buy a nice 2018 Tucson from you with the best price I've offered ever in Ontario. I think she is well qualified dealer with well qualified customer service and I really recommend her my friends who are interested in buying a new car. I hope you and your dealership are well always.

    Misleading Sales Manager

I regret purchasing from Grimsby Hyundai. Be wary of this dealership and any others in the Performance Auto Group! Don't get me wrong, the Elantra is a very good vehicle. The sales representative I dealt with was very courteous and professional. The sales/business/financial managers leave much to be desired. Items are added to the vehicle purchase contract, and presented as if they are a benefit - almost as if they are required. They are not. Nowhere along the purchase process were the charges fully explained to me, nor was I informed that they were optional services that I was not required to purchase (the so called "Etch Plus", among others). The sales manager indicated to me that if we're to have aftermarket rustproofing performed on my vehicle, it would void the warranty. I took him at his word, not knowing any further. It appears that this isn't the case, and I now know that Hyundai does apply rustproofing to new vehicles at the factory. I was swindled in to purchasing the dealer rustproofing, thinking they would put an under spray on the car. It was never explained to me that an electronic module would be placed on the car. Not to mention the pressure to purchase life insurance, GAP insurance, and a Hyundai Protection Plan. If these services were so essential, why was it so easy for the sales manager to "cut" their cost in half when trying to offer it to me? Now I'm experiencing nothing but difficulty in trying to cancel my Hyundai Protection Plan, which I hope I will be able to complete in the 45 day time frame provided by the agreement.
