Created in 1914 by the four Maserati brothers, the Italian firm was purchased by the Orsi family in 1937. After some rough years, Citroën tried to revitalize Maserati, but it wasn’t until Ferrari (Fiat) took over in 1997 that the brand enjoyed a rebirth. In Canada, three Maserati dealers, operating under the aegis of Ferrari-Maserati North America, sell a trio of world-famous prestige cars: the Quattroporte., Gran Turismo and MC12.
