2013 Chevrolet Spark First Impressions

General Motors is working hard post-bailout to bring the North American market affordable, economical cars that the buying public want. In no time flat they've unleashed what is, IMO, the best Chevy product in 25 years, the Cruze, followed closely by a subcompact Sonic and now, the new 2013 Chevrolet Spark.
