2012 Chevrolet Traverse 2LT AWD Review
Wednesday, December 21, 2011
If you haven't yet set foot in a Chevrolet Traverse, or in a Buick Enclave, a GMC Acadia or a now-defunct Saturn Outlook for that matter, you probably don't realize just how spacious this SUV is. GM might prefer calling it a crossover, which sounds more environmentally friendly. Whatever.

2011 Chevrolet Equinox 2LT Review
Saturday, November 12, 2011
A year ago I was less than kind to the likes of the Equinox. I'm not going to lie, I didn't like it. Anyone who knows me, knows the story. Maybe it was circumstance, maybe I was just having a bad week, or maybe Chevy really did have an unsatisfactory product. Whatever the case, I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth while the rest of the automotive community sang the crossover's praises. I just couldn't bring myself to agree.

2011 Chevrolet Traverse 2LT Review
Thursday, March 31, 2011
The Chevrolet Traverse is one big, and I mean big, SUV. In fact, from the outside it seems exceptionally large for its class. But when you examine it a little more closely, you realize that this Traverse putts its bulk to good use.

The Chevrolet Malibu is on its last kilometres. One of the top five best-selling mid-size sedans in Canada in 2009, alongside the Ford Fusion, Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, it will soon be making way for its successor.

2009 Chevrolet Traverse 2LT Review
Sunday, September 20, 2009
There is an ongoing, perhaps never ending, discussion about SUVs and large vehicles and their place in this ravenous World of ours. "Big SUVs are bad", "Large vehicles pollute too much" and the ever-popular "What the heck do they need such a large truck for?" are sentences typically uttered by those that consider themselves green and friends of the planet.

2010 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT Review
Friday, July 03, 2009
I'll avoid admitting how old I am, but I recall seeing the very first Camaros driving down the streets of my hometown. Of course, I'm not old enough to have driven one back then, which is why I was so excited at the prospect of finally sitting behind the wheel of this American icon.

Sports Coupes Comparison Test (video)
Wednesday, June 10, 2009
All right, all right, we know the results of a comparison test never make everybody happy. That's especially the case when the subject of such comparison is a group of highly-desirable, highly-entertaining cars like the 6 sports coupes we've recently pitted against each other.

2010 Chevrolet Camaro RS First Impressions
Saturday, May 23, 2009
If you're a youngster like me, you probably weren't around for the heyday of the Camaro back in the sixties. Gas, tires and insurance were cheap, times were good, and light-to-light drag racing on a Sunday evening was little more than an innocent pastime.

2009 Chevrolet Malibu 2LT Review
Tuesday, May 19, 2009
Malibu is one of those cars that seem to fly just below the radar. Chevrolet keeps improving on the Malibu, even adding a hybrid option. Even without the big dollar ad campaigns, Malibu continues to sell well. In these turbulent times, Malibu may well be one of the ''bread and butter'' cars for Chevrolet as consumers look for the three ''R''s of new car buying; Reasonable size, Reasonable purchase cost and Reasonable operating costs (low maintenance and good fuel economy).

2010 Chevrolet Camaro Preview
Tuesday, March 24, 2009
Since the last new Camaro left us over seven years ago, Canadians were left with the Ford Mustang to fill the affordable muscle car niche. Things are about to change.

2009 Chevrolet Malibu 2LT Review
Tuesday, March 17, 2009
Road tests often hold a few surprises. For instance, I would have never imagined that I could have as much fun driving a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu 2LT, the ideal representative's sedan. During a 1,200-km road trip in some of the worst conditions you will ever see, I discovered a major difference between this midsize car and its green counterpart, the Malibu Hybrid.

2009 Chevrolet Traverse 2LT AWD Review
Tuesday, March 03, 2009
The Chevrolet Traverse is a full-size crossover SUV exhibiting styling cues inspired by Chevy's award winning Malibu. The Traverse is capable of seating eight occupants and can be configured with front-wheel-drive (FWD) or all-wheel-drive (AWD).

2009 Chevrolet Traverse 2LT AWD Review
Monday, January 19, 2009
Not all of us need the space, but a big vehicle with accommodations for seven people and lots of cargo space is necessary for some. You can't take the family on a week-long road trip with an Aveo5, and you can't haul a sofa in a Cobalt. And yet, a big vehicle such as the Traverse is out of fashion right now, so timing isn't great for Chevrolet's new family wagon.

2008 Chevrolet Malibu 2LT Review
Friday, April 25, 2008
Chevrolet's new Malibu is a front-wheel-drive four-door sedan that has been warmly embraced by the critics and public alike. Although the Malibu holds a rich history, over time it evolved into a plebian grocery-getter losing much of its former glory in the process. Can the latest incarnation of this once worshipped Chevy rekindle the spirit? Breaking the mold
The 2008 Malibu is quite a departure stylistically from its predecessor. The car now projects a clean, Euro-influenced design that is emphasized by swept-back headlights, flared wheel wells and a heavily raked front windshield. This is bold stuff for Chevy, and it's definitely paying off.

Gone is the dash-mounted flower vase in the latest version of Volkswagen's Bug. Gone too is much of its cutesiness, replaced by a notable degree of sportiness intended to broaden the Beetle's target market by attracting male attention.
