This feels like May 1994 when Roland Ratzenberger and Ayrton Senna both died at the San Marino Grand Prix. However, this time, the Grim Reaper claimed the lives of drivers from many different racing series.

Crashes up 23 percent Monday after time change

Like everybody else on every second Sunday of March, you had to move your clocks forward last night for the annual change to daylight savings time. Stay alert if you hit the road, however, because the British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA) reports 23 percent more crashes on the Monday after the time change.

Yesterday, the U.S. Transportation Secretary revealed the results of a 10-month study on the causes of the acceleration problems reported on Toyota cars and trucks.
