A V8 before it's too late?
Saturday, September 24, 2011
I consider myself very lucky. Not only because I'm doing the job I've dreamt of before I sported pimples, but because right now, I have the opportunity to drive both mega-horse, combustion-engined sports and luxury cars as well as environmentally-friendly EVs. And I love both. But these two might not coexist for long.

2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Kowalski Edition becomes instant classic
Friday, April 29, 2011
The 1971 movie Vanishing Point is one of the top reasons many people fell in love with cars, more specifically muscle cars. The main character, known simply as Kowalski, attempted to win a bet by driving a white '70 Challenger R/T from Denver to San Francisco in less than 15 hours.

How big is yours?
Thursday, January 20, 2011
For with their mind in the gutter, you should be ashamed! Because cars are what interest us the most, we just wanted to show you two pictures. They will make you realize that a Bugatti Veyron is as wide as most cars are long, that a Rolls-Royce Phantom as tall and imposing as a freight train and that a Fiat 500 could almost fit under the hood of a Dodge Challenger.

2010 Dodge Challenger R/T Classic Review
Friday, September 24, 2010
It's pretty ironic that in these troubled environmental times, we can still buy V8-engined, mega-horsepower cars that guzzle down fuel at a voracious rate. The current rebirth of the Pony Car, at least for Chevy and Dodge, sounds irrelevant when we're trying to save the planet. But we're buying them nonetheless.

My job, simply put, is to create sensible and level-headed reviews and columns that help vehicle shoppers make wise decisions on how to spend their new-car dineros.

What makes a car Canadian?
Monday, June 07, 2010
Some people claim they can tell whether a car is male or female. My neighbour, for instance, says that the Miata and New Beetle are strictly women's' cars, while the Challenger and Dodge Ram are naturally designed for men.

2009 Dodge Challenger R/T Review
Friday, October 23, 2009
The Challenger is a car to which it is impossible to remain indifferent. Touch those keys and you'll find yourself nostalgically remembering the 1970s even though you're dealing with a 2009 model. Yes, it's muscular and the very picture of manliness, but more than anything, it's a veritable time machine. If buying a car is an emotional experience, then those who have made the Challenger's acquaintance in the past will let themselves be reeled in by their feelings.

2008 Dodge Challenger Caught!!!
Saturday, October 27, 2007
A Hemi V8 was no challenge for our photographer, as he was still able to snag a great shot of the upcoming Dodge Challenger on a fast-moving highway. And even though the pre-production Challenger was wearing a bit of vinyl - one can easily tell that the production model is nearly identical to the concept shown on the auto show circuit.

2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Review
Tuesday, January 13, 2009
As I'm handed the key to Dodge's new Challenger retro-rocket, I wonder how I can enjoy a car like this at a time like this. Who needs a 425-horsepower, two-door coupe that weighs 4,100 lbs and guzzles down fuel like a battle tank? No one. Yet I'm pulled towards the car like if it was aiming a tractor beam at me. I'm confused. I'm perplexed. I'm in a dilemma. I need help.

The Challenger Launches in New York City...What a Challenge...r
Thursday, August 14, 2008
When I first heard that yours truly was the chosen one to attend the Dodge Challenger launch in New York City I could hardly retain myself. After all, there has been so much hype about the new muscle car from Dodge, and the thought of driving it in the Big Apple, a city that I had not yet visited, just added to the excitement. I packed my bags several days earlier, as if that would make the days go faster, and although I was told to be at the airport 2 hours prior to the flight I was actually there 3 hours ahead of schedule.

Enter the 2009 Challenger SE, SXT, and, if you still need a HEMI fix, the R/T. The entry-level Challenger SE is the most retro of the bunch; the four-wheel disc brakes lack ABS and reside behind the line-up's smallest wheels--17-inch steel wheels sporting "sparkle silver wheel covers" (AKA hubcaps). Alloy wheels are an option
