2013 Ford Flex First Impressions
Friday, March 23, 2012
Mom's Taxi has been discovered by the "in" crowd. Ford says that 20% of all Flex sales are in the state of California. Does this mean it's the next Woodie surf wagon or is it being used for transporting people? In reality, the Ford Flex is being used for nearly every type of transport. After all, Ford named it the "Flex" because it was short for flexible.

2011 Ford Flex Titanium AWD Review
Monday, January 02, 2012
When I first saw the Ford Flex in 2008, I have to say I was a bit bummed out. The design of the Flex is not about smooth lines and flowing curves, it's more of a suitcase on wheels. I've heard some compare it to the Mini Traveller (obviously, in a much, much bigger form), but at least the Mini was cute and bite-size. The Flex is big, boxy and brutish. It was then, and it is now.

Ford Adds a New Top-End Model To The Flex

The Ford Flex has been turning heads for almost two years now. And in that time, one thing has remained constant - the customer's love for the style and personality the Flex brings to the driveway. With that in mind, Ford announces the latest addition to the Flex lineup, Flex Titanium - a highly contented vehicle with individual style that will stand out in the world of more traditional crossovers and sport utility vehicles.

2010 Ford Flex Limited AWD EcoBoost Review
Thursday, April 29, 2010
I'm going to be only partially as bold as Ford and submit the fact that I was going to use "Flex. Now with wings" as a title. As I pondered the significance of the line that is aimed at attracting the reader's attention, I quickly realized that the idea may not be as good as I first thought given the potential interpretation... Please indulge me.

2009 Ford Flex Review
Wednesday, January 21, 2009
There are two things about the Flex the first time you see one that are
only partially true. Number one is that it looks like a Mini Clubman on
steroids. This isn't true. The optional white roof and the love it or hate it design squared off design provide only a passing resemblance to the
Clubman.

2009 Ford Flex SEL AWD Review
Wednesday, November 19, 2008
The minivan craze has abated, replaced largely by SUVs and CUVs; but the shine is fading on these family workhorses as well. Recognizing the creep of boredom, Ford performed a "re-think" of the segment and came up with the Flex; a fairly radical, somewhat nostalgic looking, six-seater featuring front-wheel-drive (FWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations.

2009 Ford Flex SEL AWD Review
Monday, October 06, 2008
To a certain extent, the new Ford Flex embodies today's Western society, personifying excess in one of its most pleasing forms. How has Ford managed this? Simply by offering a fundamentally useful and practical car wrapped in a cutting edge package. The Flex's aesthetical calling is clearly to inflame our passion. No one is left indifferent by it: either you love it or you hate it, but you definitely react to it.

Are you sick and tired of traditional minivans and SUVs? If so, Ford has quite an interesting proposal: the Flex. As far as versatile people haulers go, this one will go down in history as one of the most unique and eccentric. GM's crossover quartet (GMC Acadia, Saturn Outlook, Buick Enclave and Chevrolet Traverse) the Flex is a whole new take on the conventional family vehicle -- a new-age Taurus X, if you prefer.
