Sometimes, when we talk about the North American car and truck market, we tend to forget about Mexico. 2012 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SV Review
Monday, January 30, 2012
A few years back, I attended the launch of the latest generation Nissan Maxima. It entered the automotive world completely new for 2009, and not a lot has changed since then. I'm pleased to again have the Maxima in-hand. For 2012, the car receives a couple of subtle styling changes and some new interior trim. In reality though, it's the same vehicle as last year -- but that's not a bad thing by any stretch of tarmac.

2012 Nissan Murano LE AWD Platinum Edition Review
Sunday, December 18, 2011
For the better part of a decade now, members of my family have been Nissan owners. As we entered the new millennium, my father decided to ditch our boat of a Plymouth Acclaim and invest in a brand new car: a 2001 Nissan Sentra GXE. At the time, I was still a student and had just gotten my driver's license. My vehicular obsession had begun and I was none too pleased when my parents came home with the beige (inside and out, to match the house so my mother claimed), automatic Sentra.

Before I began this crazy journey as an automotive journalist, I was a regular, run-of-the-mill university student with lofty hopes and dreams of all kinds (oh, how things change).
