2011 Dodge Avenger SXT Review
Tuesday, July 12, 2011
This, as opposed to a plain commoner, of course. This review will not be very positive, I warn you now. I begin with this "statement" if you will, because I'm one to believe that everyone should be given a chance, an opportunity to prove themselves.

2011 Dodge Avenger SXT Plus Review
Thursday, June 02, 2011
The latest-generation Dodge Avenger went on sale a few years back complete with an extra set of doors that, like the new Charger, effectively turned the once-coupe model into a new four-door. For 2011, Dodge is pushing forward with a Fiat-powered product update rampage that's restyled and newly equipped the Avenger into what the automaker promises is the best one yet. New looks, equipment, powertrain hardware, and interior trimmings are all on board.

2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Review
Tuesday, March 30, 2010
Minivans are like pickups: they're ideal when you have a friend that owns one. Pickups, especially full-size ones, consume tonnes of fuel, are impossible to park in town and are frowned upon unless you're towing something big. In the minivan's case, well, nobody wants to be caught at the wheel of something as pedestrian and tied-down as one of these. That's why CUVs exist right?

2009 Dodge Journey SXT Review (video)
Monday, October 19, 2009
It's nice to see at least one American automaker staying true to their family-hauling roots. In a market where crossover SUVs have largely made the minivan irrelevant, Chrysler and Dodge are the only remaining American brands that continue to offer one.

2009 Dodge Avenger SXT Review
Thursday, September 10, 2009
A price drop of more than $4,000 justifies a renewed interest in Dodge's mid-size high-value sedan. The 4-door Avenger now starts at just $17,745 for the entry-level SE model and $20,045 for this week's SXT tester while the performance-oriented R/T version is assigned a start point of $25,645.

2009 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Review
Wednesday, March 11, 2009
Few vehicles out there can literally be described as mobile homes. Take the Dodge Grand Caravan; it serves as a living room, a playroom or a dining room. Of course, it can't be all at the same time, but the fact of the matter is, interior configurations are nearly infinite.

2008 Dodge Dakota SLT 4x4 Extended Cab Review
Tuesday, June 17, 2008
The Dakota is a storied vehicle in the Chrysler lineup. It's been explicitly showcasing the Dodge brand's sporty virility for many, many years. No doubt that's why it sits atop the sales charts in the midsize pickup truck segment. For 2008, the Dakota received a minor facelift. Designers focused essentially on two areas.

2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Review
Monday, May 12, 2008
Originally introduced 24 years ago, Dodge's minivan keeps soldiering on and defying the odds. After all, consumer demand for this type of vehicle is melting faster than snow on a hot spring day. In February, Automotive News released numbers to illustrate just how fast things are going south for minivans. In 2003, 43.5 percent of American minivan owners who bought a new vehicle again chose a minivan. Last year, it was only 36.8 percent. Chrysler executives acknowledged that minivans are declining by replacing the small Caravan (short wheelbase) with the all-new Journey crossover. Now, the automaker is banking on the Grand Caravan and its luxury variant, the Chrysler Town & Country, to maintain a stronghold on a market segment it basically created (although, if you remember, Volkswagen was selling the Microbus in the U.S. as early as the 1950s).

Gone is the dash-mounted flower vase in the latest version of Volkswagen's Bug. Gone too is much of its cutesiness, replaced by a notable degree of sportiness intended to broaden the Beetle's target market by attracting male attention.
