2008 ZENN First Impressions
Wednesday, July 09, 2008
Young and old, I know plenty of people who can't live without a car. But the price of gas is getting so high, that going to the corner store for a quart of milk costs more than the quart itself. At the same time, I can't help but feel that I'm not doing enough for the future of my children. It's especially the case since I met Vice-President of Production Gilles Allard, head honcho at ZENN's St-Jérôme, Québec assembly plant that builds zero-emissions vehicles.

The first annual Pure Air Festival for electric car owners
Wednesday, May 14, 2008
This event took place on May 3 in Seattle, Washington. Developed as a way to honor electric car owners who have successfully shifted from a combustion engine-equipped vehicle to a zero-emission vehicle, the inaugural Pure Air Festival turned out to be fairly modest. Barely 100 owners were on hand to take part in the action and educate other drivers on the benefits of going green sooner rather than later. Among them were about 50 owners of Zenn cars, including family members and friends.
