Team Ireland clinched the A1 Grand Prix Series' title after Adam Carroll's double win in the final rounds at Brands Hatch.
After the cancellation of Mexico's race, the title was to be decided in Brands Hatch. Three teams were in the hunt: Switzerland, Ireland and Portugal. Adam Carroll grabbed pole position for Ireland, before takingvictory in Sprint Race, ahead of India and Mexico. Then, Ireland secured the championship when Carroll took a second win in the Feature Race, ahead of Netherlands and Switzerland.
