The next Indianapolis 500 will be held in only seven months, but newly formed SH Racing will team up with
KV Racing Technology to field a car in the 2011 Indy 500.
SH Racing was formed by VPX/Redline vice-president TJ Humphreys and Dallas businessman James Sullivan with an eye on next year's Indy 500 and possibly a full-season program in the IndyCar Series in 2012.

They have joined up with KV Racing, co-owned by Jimmy Vasser and Kevin Kalkhoven, in a partnership similar to what Kingdom Racing and de Ferran Dragon Racing have with part-time driver Davey Hamilton.
No driver has been named for the Team Redline Xtreme car yet but an announcement is expected shortly with the names of Oriol Servia, Bruno Junqueira and J.R. Hildebrand circulating as potential candidates.
