Seven-time Formula One champion Michael Schumacher and four-time NASCAR champion Jeff Gordon will take part in the annual kart race organized by Ferrari's Felipe Massa.
It will be the first time Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello will meet following the controversial comments made by Barrichello about his life at Ferrari alongside Schumacher. The "International Challenge of the Stars", held in Brazil, will aid local charities and recent victims of flooding in the region. Other drivers participating include Schumacher former teammate Rubens Barrichello and Indy Racing League's Tony Kanaan and Vitor Meira. Former MotoGP racer Alex Barros and F1 test drivers Luca Badoer, Vitantonio Liuzzi and Lucas Di Grassi also are scheduled to race. Photos: Miguel Costa Jr./MF2
