Brian Vickers, who was pulled from Red Bull Racing's No. 83 Toyota last weekend at Dover International Speedway, is on the initial entry list for this weekend's All-Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Vickers is currently responding positively to treatment for blood clots in his legs and near his lungs. Red Bull Racing says the 26-year-old is “progressing well” after being hospitalized in Washington last week. Vickers has been meeting with specialists and his physician since returning to Charlotte. Vickers was hospitalized after discomfort in his chest led him to an emergency room, where blood clots -- including at least one near a lung -- were discovered in his veins. "Right now Brian is our primary driver so he remains listed for the All-Star Race," a Red Bull racing spokesperson said. "He is currently in Charlotte undergoing evaluation and tests from specialists and his physician, Dr. Jerry Petty, so we won't have the final results until later in the week."
