The Grand-Am Series has released its 2011 calendar with dates set for events in Laguna Seca and Elkhart Lake as well as a return to Montreal’s Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve.
The season will begin on June 25 during an event in conjunction with a NASCAR Nationwide Series race. It will include 12 rounds and end on September 17, at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. The series will compete next to many other popular series including the Sprint Cup and Nationwide NASCAR Series. 2011 Grand-Am Rolex Series Schedule: Jan. 29-30: Rolex 24 At Daytona, Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach, Fla.
