Conor Daly completed a hat trick at the O'Reilly Raceway Park Saturday with a third victory in as many races.
Daly started the race from the outside of the front row next to polesitter Mikael Grenier of Quebec. He took the lead before the end of the first lap and never looked back, hitting every corner with an impressive perfection. "Anybody who thinks driving open wheel cars in an oval race [is easy] has no idea what they are talking about. Its so easy to make a mistake, and so difficult not to make one," said the driver after the race. Grenier took the second place finish followed by Brazilian Joao Victor Horto. Daly now leads the championship with a strong 29 points over Grenier (171-142) with Anders Krohn, fifth after a start in 10th at O'Reilly Park, in third (139). The fifth round of this 2010 season will take place on June 19th, at Iowa Speedway.
