Here's a video of the first test of the new Mini All4 that will be raced in the Dakar held again in South America at the end of December and January.
The X-Raid Team confirmed it will enter three-car Monster Energy X-Raid entries for drivers Stéphane Peterhansel, Ricardo Leal De Santos and Guerlain Chicherit. The mighty off-road Mini will use a 3.0-liter twin-turbo diesel making 315 hp and 524 lb-ft of torque. It's an increase from last year's X-Raid BMW entrants, which made 289 hp and 480 lb-ft- of torque. The Mini All4 gets larger air intakes, a one-piece hood and an improved ventilation system for the 2011 rally. It sits three centimetres lower than its predecessor and its overhang is reduced by 10 centimetres. Recent Articles
