At the time of writing, Volvo is actively preparing its transition to full electrification. But until gets all the way there, the Swedish automaker continues to offer in its lineup a range of internal-combustion models as well as plug-in hybrids. This year, those are the XC60 Recharge and XC90 Recharge, which until 2020 carried the T8 designation.

As you’d expect, the pricing on these plug-in SUVs is higher than those of variants equipped with gasoline engines. But of course, over time owners will make up the difference in lower gas costs: both of these two "greener" models happen to be the most fuel-efficient in their respective segments.
