I put my trust in the financial service manager and paid dearly as I was in a rush and signed the agreement not noticing he had added 1100.00 to the administration fee which is usually 299.00 as I seen a month later on another persons bill of sale he did not disclose the extra and when I called about the matter he said it was added on by the finance company that had given me the loan. But I called the finance company and they told me on three different occasions it clearly states dealer administration fee. I then contacted the G.M who said the same thing to me, He is also the owner, called him back now I get a different story he says the finance manager had placed the extra amount on as he had gotten me a lower rate of financing really he has the power to write his own cheque at my expense and not mention this to me because he knew I would have walked out in a heartbeat. He knew full well I was in a hurry as I had a rental that had to be back at a certain time and a friend waiting for me easy prey well if anyone else goes their beware and do not let him try and push you through the process to fast take an hour and question everything on that document. I have been in contact with the Better Business Bureau ect guess small claims is next I will not ever give up on this venture made a big mistake and will not ever fall prey to this again or ever do business with this company for that matter.
