Please stay away from this company this is by far the biggest cam I've ever seen on any dealership. The Chinese heartless scammer Denis sold us a warranty of 5000 on a car with only 40,000 km !! Please be aware as he will not tell you the price of the policy and will incorporate it in weekly payments. I feel so bad for other clients that will fall on him as he will take advantage fully of the situation . I highly regret going there and actually Hope everyone can read this message and be careful not to do business with them!! We tried to cancel the warranty at least 10 times right after the purchase and they kept on pointing the finger at each other in between the insurance company and the dealership and we got a call from the director telling us he was going to reimburse us and finally we didn't get anything and ended up paying $5,000 over 8 years he made us sign without even telling us the term!!!

Be warned my wonderful community. Hyandai Vaudreuil purchased and installed crossbars on my vehicle which broke off while driving on the 40 west three weeks ago; taking kayak and my equipment slamming to the highway against my car. Thankfully nobody was injured or killed. Three weeks later and this terrible company agreed to repair the damages to my vehicle and tried to pass off that it was done. They actually tried to convince me the repair was done but was not. Had to vent and warn others. Feel free to reach out to me for the horrible details

Prior to H.Gregoire taking over this dealership the service was excellent with a competent customer friendly service/manager. Now it operates like a cheap auction house auto dealer. Aside from almost killing me on the highway) due to their faulty unprofessional installation of four brand new winter tires(both front tires went flat due to shoddy/improper installation of tires,rims and lack of tightening valves)while driving to Ottawa AND the inconvenience of having to have the car towed(AND being without a car in Ottawa) into a local Hyundai dealer in Ottawa on a flat bed(paid for by my insurance)and the emotional/physical distress that ensued they had the nerve to hang up in my and the Ottawa dealer's ear every time we called or give us the run around ;leave us hanging on the phone long distance;no response to emails;lack of timely response from 'so-called' service manager;etc. sheer hell to try and deal with them;plus it cost me over $1000.00 for which I am still awaiting reimbursement. Complaint is currently in the hands of Hyundai Canada as I was forced to contact them as I could not even speak with someone at Vaudreuil Hyundai!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Perhaps because I am Anglophone and female????? And not to be treated 'seriously'.
