    Worst customer service ever!

    Worst customer service ever!! Tried to reach them a couple of times by phone, nobody ever answers and theire voicemail is always full. Ended up getting ahold of them through an acquaintance of mine and went to pick up my bike after the whole winter and the battery was dead!! meanwhile they're charging me over 500$ for storage and battery recharging!! I spent over an hour waiting for them to find booster cables!! Cause a bike shop doesn't have cables!! Beyond rediculous, never saw worst customer service! The guy didn't even let me speak to a manager...
