This is a great company. I bought a Honda Pilot from their Ideal Honda location in Ontario. Everything went smoothly, and I got the car right on time. Thanks for the great experience.

Mr. Solomon Ali, the general manager at Ideal Honda dealership which is one of the dealerships owned by Mr. Mario Toyotoshi, CEO at Toyotoshi Group, sold me a used car as accident free/ body work free, when in fact it had extensive body work done to it which was undisclosed to me at the time of sale. A professional auto body shop confirmed that the damage must have been extensive as well as expensive. When I approached Mr. Ali two days after taking possession of the car, he refused to deliver the car that I was promised at the time of sale, one free of accidents/ body work. Mr. Mario Toyotoshi has failed to respond to my complaint which I have made via a registered letter. None of the people in charge there are willing to take accountability for this deception which is an unfair practice on part of the dealership and is a direct violation of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act as well as the Consumer Protection Act.
